An Update to Our BDNJ Family

WE ARE OPEN!

Ballroom Dance of NJ is so excited to announce that we are open! In addition to our ONLINE Classes, we are now offering IN PERSON Private Lessons, Custom Group Classes and Regular Group Classes. For the safety of everyone, we will be conducting all of our studio classes according to CDC guidelines and NJ state and local regulations!

Ballroom Dance of NJ will be operating at 25% occupancy at the studio following these guidelines:

  • Masks must be worn

  • 6 feet social distancing during sessions

  • Proper hand-washing / sanitizing hygiene

  • All lessons must be scheduled in advance to limit occupancy levels.

Everyone who would like to start Private & Group Classes IN PERSON must sign and submit Ballroom Dance of NJ’s COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver prior to your appointment. Electronic forms may be submitted online via this link https://www.ballroomdancenj.com/covid-19-liability-release-waiver. If you are not able to fill out the form online prior to your appointment, you will be required to complete the form on-site.

Ballroom Dance of NJ’s Guidelines for your IN PERSON appointment:

  1. Call us to make appointment – 908-838-9939.

  2. On the date of your appointment. Please read and sign Ballroom Dance of NJ’s COVID-19 Daily Agreement. This is a screening form for checking Temperature and COVID-19 Symptoms. If your temperature is over 100 degrees or you answer of “Yes” to any of our screening questions, you will be not permitted in the studio.
    We ask that all students fill out the form prior to coming to the studio. The electronic form may be submitted here: https://www.ballroomdancenj.com/covid-19-daily-agreement. If you are not able to fill out the form prior to arriving to the studio, a device will be available for you to use to fill out the form on-site.

  3. Temperature will be checked upon arrival by our front desk staff.

  4. Please wear your mask prior to entering the building.

  5. We will strictly follow CDC safety guideline:

    • Face masks must be worn at all times

    • Maintain 6-feet distance from all others 

    • Practice hand hygiene (hand sanitizer will also be available throughout the building)

  6. All students must enter from the front of the building and exit from back entrance in the kitchen.

  7. Students may not arrive more than 15 minutes before their scheduled lesson and must depart within 15 minutes of the completion of the appointment.

The safety of our students and staff are our first priority as we welcome you back to our studio.
